なぜそうなるか。その答えはおそらくですが、講師が技術に対する理論的知識が乏しいからだと思われます。
おなじ技でも講師が違うだけでまったく違うものになります。
手技の多さを求めるより、自分の手技がどのようなものなのかを深堀りする。
その視点が重要だと思っております。
自分の手技に自信が持てないという方はそのような視点を持ち、もう一度勉強しなおす事をお勧めします。
勉強する事で手技療法家の価値を上げていきたい。
